Seems completely normal, to me. Unless there is a sexual "innuendo" involved, I don't see a 'problem'. Even if she secretly enjoys rubbing her boobs, on your's, so what... if that's as far as it goes, no harm / no foul, right?
Affection doesn't "have" to be a sexual connotation.
Women "pet" each other, all the time: hugging, holding hands, combing/brushing each other's hair, doing their nails, each other's make-up, swapping/trying on clothes, rubbing suntan lotion, on each other, at the beach, etc.
Guys in sports slap each other on the ass, ALL THE TIME, but that's it. No big deal.
