Is it normal for someone to pick their nose around close friends?

I have a friend who doesn't seem to pick his nose in public, but when he hangs out with his close friends, he goes to town. Like not even on the sly, DIGGING. To me, this is not normal. Also, it's gross to do it in someone's living room! Your own house and bathrooms only, in my opinion. Thoughts?

    Nah, not normal I would say... I have a friend who does it, but he's not what you would call normal. :D I don't know if he notices, but whatever, I don't like him for being normal anyway.
