That sounds exactly like my mom. I figured out she must have OCPD (not OCD, but OCPD) and is a narcissist, after doing much research into it. Possibly BPD, but the things you mention really scream OCPD and narcissism primarily. Check those disorders, I bet your mom has those too. Distance yourself from her and get therapy for yourself. I barely talk to my mom anymore and it was hard at first because of the hold that she had over me because of her manipulation all my life (picture when you kick a dog but he comes back with his tail between his legs because he wants to please you) but once I broke free of that and realized how messed up my mom was, now it's a breeze.

i just looked at the thing on wikipedia.. it is pretty weird i didnt find that thing before .. you are correct my mother is probably like yours ....
and that article on loner wolf.. everything is so accurate too
