    I snort in my sleep so bad sometimes that I wake myself up. My wife has been sleeping with me for decades and she hasn't caught it yet. I don't think it's contagious, nor is it addictive. I don't do it all the time and I don't feel like I missed anything if I go the entire night without snorting. I've never had a broken bone, but I did get my tonsils out when I was a kid.
