Is it normal for some people to have 'crazy eyes'

I've been told before on occasions when my social anxiety is at its peak (as it is really bad on some days, not bad on other days) that my eyes have the appearance that im crazy or something, someone even said it looked like I had 'serial killer' eyes, or I sometimes get the impression that others think this, as they give off clear signs that they are weirded out by me when my anxiety isn't doing so well. This worries me, because I think people genuinely think im crazy, when in fact my eyes only do that when my social anxiety is doing bad, and I guess that the nervousness and anxiety shows in my eyes heavily, giving the impression of 'crazy eyes'. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before when they were feeling nervous or experiencing some kind of anxiety or something similar. People can be overly judgmental sometimes, but I guess that's just part of being human, but I sure as hell know that if I saw struggle and nervousness in someone's eyes I wouldn't pass judgement on them like that.
