Is it normal for siblings to be that close?

Went to a friend's house for what I thought was Netflix and chill, but now I'm confused. She invited her brother to watch a movie with us. They spooned while watcing the movie and at some point he (playfully?) squeezed her breast and laughed and she hit him a few times and told him not to do that again. Later while they were still spooning I could see under the sheets that his hand were caressing and rubbing her thighs. When he moved his hand she put it back for him to continue. Sometimes he would hold her hand and kiss the back of her palm and I think he put his hand under her shirt, on her back though, not her chest. It was just awkward and I'm confused. Is it normal?

    no that's not normal.

    Siblings spooning = OK

    Siblings holding hands = OK

    Siblings kissing hands = kinda weird

    Siblings rubbing thighs = Not Ok

    Siblings grabbing breasts = Inappropriate

    Siblings putting hands under shirt = Highly inappropriate

    All this occurring at once = probable Incest.

    All this occurring at once with someone watching = Probable freaky exhibition incest.

    Nothing wrong with it. I'm very close with my hot older sister, and we have no problem handling each other, trading quick kissess in front of people, or sleeping in the same bed. Went to a friend's kid's graduation out of state, and split a hotel room with 2 other people. When they asked about the one room, 2 beds sleeping arrangements, as in..if anyone would take the floor or order up a fold-out, my sister replied with a fun "No need. He and I will sleep together. I like curling up with him". They thought she was joking, but then she repeated..It's fine, I'll sleep with him.

    We slept in our usual style, ending up wrapped up in each other, mostly above the covers, so were in full view. Next morning, the other woman told us she thought it was great that we got along so well that we'd share the bed with them in the room.

    I had a friend that did stuff with his sister that gave me strange signals. The way they touched casually. Undressing in the same room with each other. (me changing bathsuit in his room; him and his sister in her room. Should the boys change together??)

    I just assumed they were fooling around, and didnt think much of it since. She was super cute, and I had a crush on her early on, until I really spoke to her. Ended the crush with her 5th sentence.

    he wouldn't do that to a brother the same age now would he? i just proved he is practicing incest. Incest is pretty normal between siblings . between parents not so much but among democrats its so rampant they pass abortion laws to deal with the incest pregnancies. So we do know that incest is rampant in half the voting population.
