Is it normal for precum to continuously for 20 minutes+?

I was taking the bus from school with a few friends, and my one female friend who I never liked that way, but is attractive ended up sitting on my lap through the bus ride.

She was initially sitting next to me, but a girl she knew got on the bus and there were no more empty seats where we sitting so she moved onto my lap so they could talk to each other. I knew it was precum but it didn’t just stop after a minute or so. I could feel it steadily dripping out throughout most of the bus ride. Is this normal?
