Is it normal for ppl to not wash hands after using a public bathroom?

    How do you know those women even used the toilet? There are lots other things women do in the bathroom (fix clothes, change pantiliners, fart, etc...)

      If you think its okay to change a pan-ty liner and not wash hands I hope we never get the pleasure of meeting.

      I agree that women visit the restroom for a variety of reasons including building social relationships.
