Is it normal for piss to smell like battery acid

My roommate's piss smells so strongly you can't go in the bathroom after him. It's insane and smells like fossil fuels, like it would poison you or give you brain damage if you huffed it. I've woken up from the smell of him peeing in the middle of the night. I just make him go in the backyard now. Has anyone ever known someone who's piss just straight up stunk? Can't be healthy.

    Piss is acid my friend. But I don't know about battery..

    Does your roommate have some sort of STD, eat too much of a certain food, or have a bladder infection? Either way, he should get that checked out.
