Is it normal for people to target introverts?

  • The only problem is that people don't ask me anything at all they seem to make up their minds pretty quickly. people judge others instantly on first appearances and then lock you in to that stereotype for example I lift my hand to talk and immediately someone starts talking over me if I get mad and say : yo dude I'm talking can you chill out for a sec... I don't just become the quiet guy I also become the angry or resentful quiet guy you see what I mean. Also while I understand the communication is vital...mindless babble is not. If I have to say something vital I will say it.

    • Don't be silent about it, when they talk to you, openly admit in a humorous manner that you prefer Netflix to people lol. Try to make it seem funny and not "I hate people"-esque.

I'm sorry for you, though. I have never had such a rough experience in school. For a class full of grown adults, they do sound like jackasses.

    • My fiance goes through crap for being an introvert, as well as being 6'5 and in shape. Unfortunately I gotta get off here right now, but I'll catch up on this tonight.
