Unless she has a genuine concern for your health and safety (it sounds more like she is concerned about the status quo and whether or not her perfectly perfect friends in her perfectly perfect life abide by it), then it shouldn't be an issue for her.
Yes, age discrimination does exist. Make it a point to let her know that you are in a healthy and happy relationship. If she can't accept that, well, sucks for her.
