As for the differences between Bush and Obama, I haven't really noticed any. Freedom of religion has been in place for far longer than either of them. There are of course the conspiracy people that insist Obama is a Muslim and a terrorist, but I'd bet they share a large chunk of their group with the ones that believe he's the anti-Christ.
Muslim fundamentalists versus American Christian fundamentalists. That would be a rather interesting battle to watch. I think Mars may be the safest vantage point.
Things are definitely going to get ugly. There's the problem of the Islamic infestation that's occurring all over the globe, and then there's the global economy which I doubt is particularly stable at the moment.
It's always fun to attempt to balance not being seen as a pompous asshole and trying to protect people from their own gullibility.
Is it normal for people to be so ignorant about Islam?
