Is it normal for parents to approve of shared locker rooms for teens?

My husband and I have two daughters 13 and 15 years old. The school district where we live is going to begin a new policy of having girls and boys share a locker room and showers. They will have to undress, dress and shower with one another. They will not be allowed to shower in underwear, they have to be naked. We don't think this bad or wrong and are insisting our daughters comply. If the schools do not carry this out, they risk losing federal funding. Is this good or bad?

    Which school is it? Had this been true it would have made headlines and no parents will allow their kids to study in a school like that, and brag about it in the internet. Schools are for education, and not places to be naked at whether it be in front of the same gender or the opposite gender, you are a sick person to think of underaged kids that way. Troll harder, this is doubtlessly fake and I have reported it!

      Many schools have started this, and the parent is very much a part of what is going on. In some schools, this would not work and in some schools, this would work. The neighborhood school is would be more of favor not busing kids across the city or county. This would work more with schools in the county than in the city. Sports teams that are coed can share a locker room.

      There are swimming pools that allow mothers to bring their sons into the female changing room up to their 14 birthday and the same with fathers bringing in their daughters. In addition, some pool has unisex children's locker rooms.
