  • You need to see a doctor at least once a month when you are pregnant for prenatal screenings because if the baby has some sort of defect and it can be corrected early on, getting that screening once a month with most likely catch it.

I am assuming that you haven't been seeing a regular doctor because if you had such a dramatic loss of weight, your doctor would have picked up on it by now unless you literally dropped the weight in a week or two.

I would recommend that you go to
    plannedparenthood.org

If you live in the US, and they will be able to provide services to you for a low or no cost rate. This does not sound normal but most of us here are not medical experts so please check the website out and schedule regular prenatal screenings.

    • The weight lost wasn't "dramatic", it happened within the last 2-3 months. I do not live in the US n money is not a problem, my work schedule is just kinda busy.

      • Ah, then I think it is probably safe to assume that you haven't been attending pre-natal checkups.

Please, please do so. You have no idea the danger you run when you forego prenatal exams. There are SO many things that can go wrong in utero and doctors can correct it before the time comes.
