It's still not an excuse. A 38 year old modeling photographer made a pass at me when I was 19, a human resources manager tried to make a pass at me when I was 20 and the list goes on unfortunately. I didn't appreciate unwanted attention 25 years ago and I still don't appreciate it today. I think the business about physical beauty shouldn't be an excuse to be inappropriate with another person.
Just looking is one thing, but leering and actually trying to touch or make a pass at at unwilling person is something completely different.
