  • This sounds like Joint Hypermobility Sydrome. I have the same things...and extreme range of motion in most of my joints, elbows and knees "bend backwards", and ALL my joints crack and pop ALL THE TIME. Along with that is my joints dislocate and subloxate really easily...especially my shoulder joints, usually while I'm sleeping. Go see a rhumetologist to rule out other connective tissue disorders like Ehlers-Danlos, and they will also likely refer you to a physical therapist.

  • do any of your other joints do it? do you seem to be double jointed in most of your joints? i have ehler-danlos syndrome and i have to pop everything into place every morning. but a hot shower and some marijuana help me in this.

  • If both of your wrists are doing this then it's not likely from an injury. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome...which basically means my body doesn't produce collagen correctly. My joints are lax/loose and the problem started with my wrists. They began subluxing (partial dislocating) and then dislocating. Years later it spread to all of my joints and now I'm a hot mess lol. You should definitely contact your doctor and set up an appointment...preferably with a rheumatologist. They can run various tests and get you on the right track before permanent damage is done. Good luck and I hope you get helpful answers to your problem soon!

    • you too? doctors just think i'm a crazy junkie even though i don't want their painkillers...good exercise and diet help, as well as learning to be your own chiropractor...

  • I suggest going to a doctor, cuz that's not normal.
