I would have a heart to heart talk with her to see if she/they are willing to incorporate you into their play time. I do think that continued one on one activity without your presence could potentially lead to a marriage downfall. I know a few swinging couples. And some of their rules are:
1. no repeat solo partners
2. no play unless the spouse is in the room. (even if the other just watches)
