It's normal to have fantasies about doing things like that, but it's not normal to do it and ask her husband to help. If I saw a middle aged woman doing that in public I'd phone the police, not everybody wants to see that especially if there may be kids around. If a man did that he'd be arrested so why should a woman think it's ok.
