i didn't think i could leave my abusers and neither did anyone else, but i did. I left someone i loved very much becuase they were disrespectful and cruel to me. it was hard but at the same time very joyful.
but you have responsibility in this too. if you are a victim of her and her doormat, why would she show you respect. you gave her all the power.
if she doesn't appreciate that you are a real man because you provide for her child and her, and what a gentleman you are becuase you make an effort to respect her and be courteous, its her loss.
maybe she is not what you think she i. i would reevaluate her character if i were you...
