Leave her, you shouldn't stay in an unhappy relationship for any reason ( religion, kids, etc..). I come from a broken home and I'm so happy my parents split up when I was three! I didn't have to deal with them living together and fighting all the time. If she is unwilling to communicate with you to try and make things better u should leave her.
