  • It's completely normal it's just when you get up fast, the blood leaves your head for a brief amount of time

  • Completely normal, you just had a head rush. I get that all the time, and it makes me really dizzy for a few seconds too. Try to stand up slower and more water - it could also mean your dehydrated - and it should happen much less often.

  • Completely normal happens to everyone occasionally. There could be several reasons. If your on meds it could be a side effect, you could be dehydrated or a number of unknown medical conditions. It that's all it is and nothing more DRINK MORE WATER.

  • Yeah, I notice this happens to me as well; only in the summer time though.

  • I always get that when I'm anemic... Maybe get a blood test... My head feels funny, almost a buzzing and my vision fades out and get really dizzy... Took iron and ate better, and it went away.

  • I have it as well.

What causes it is the blood rushing quickly out of your head back into your body and consequently you lose partial consciousness.
