Are you using any type of lube, spermacide, or condoms? I had something similar when I was younger and it was an allergy to latex and spermacide. In any event, you need to see a doctor. It could be serious. Don't play around with self-diagnosis on this. Some infections (not just STDs) can give you problems years down the road. Make a trip to the clinic ASAP!
