Well that seems normal to me because I know of someone who did the same thing...but that kid was only 6 years old & the sex was with a cousin.
Though its a young age, it could be just the kid expressing his/her fantasy without actually physically doing something about it..however, this kid was also molested by her older brother for a couple of years. :S
Don't talk to the kid about sex. Do talk to the kid's parents.
