Well, tell her "NO" from now on if she says she's scared, because she had a nightmare. If she whines or protests in any way remind her that she was inappropriate the last time. I honestly believe this bullshit about people having nightmares or big scared because there's a thunderstorm is just that, it's BULLSHIT! It's just a manipulative excuse, sorry but if a person as old as 16 and is "scared" well too muthafuckin' bad. Tell her to use a Godamn teddy bear like a normal person, and leave you the Hell alone! I also recommend eating lots of spicy food then farting a lot in the stupid, little tart! Hell, if she crawls in bed with you and you're uncomfortable then spray her directly in the face with actual fart spray. Also there's this dog spray that letter carriers use to repell aggressive dogs, aim it directly at her face and say, "bitch be gone"!
