If this is actually happening please get help. If you tell your mom and she doesn't believe you, tell the guidance counselors at your school. They will help you if you are afraid of your parents. If you aren't in school, tell the police.
Sometimes the mom doesn't want to believe it is happening to her child. It might make her feel rejected by your step-father.
Get an adult that you know you can trust and will help you.
