    Well ... use him for his money. Then once they are in and if he touches you, sue his ass.

      What the hell are they thumbing you down; this is brilliant? Well, maybe not brilliant and I certainly wouldn't do it or recommend it but I do appreciate the sentiment of suing such s person.

      Honestly, I think OP should tell her mother about this!
