Is it normal for my sex drive to decrease a lot?

I jacked off alot while fantasizing then watched porn until i had a high sex drive, but now, i feel my sex drive is low. I haven't masturbated for about a week and haven't had a very strong erection like i used to. I'm a little concerned because i heard porn could harm you and your better off fantasizing. I need advice please! I hope its not too late.

    It's not strange to have your libido fluctuate.

    Some weeks my drive is low and I don't care what happens between my legs.

    Other weeks my drive spikes and I take action, both with increased sex and masturbation.

    Porn can be harmful, but I don't think that's what this is. If you're not intereted in sex much, then just masterbate less. It's the natural coarse. I don't know for sure about anyone else, but I know i'm not as horny as I was as a teenager (Thank god!) Just go with the flow :P

    You need to just go have sex, literally. The only time my sex drive went down was when I was on Lexapro(anti-depressant). I had a very beautiful girlfriend and I just couldn't do anything with her or to her and she thought it was her fault. This caused problems so I am hoping you are not on medication. If you are not, you need to just find an attractive girl and have sex, you'll be fine.
