I'm so sorry you're going through this, it sounds horrible. I don't have any advice for you other than to hang on in there until you can leave that shithole. Also, avoid turning to any other drugs. I've seen plenty of young people with bad starts like you turn to drugs, but it really is a disaster-zone and it will fuck with you.
