Girls like sexy vampires I'm not sure why but we do. but regardless if she hasn't gone through puberty already then she is probably going through it now she is going to have hormones and emotions (sexual emotions) hence True Blood Which probably isn't appropriate for a 13 year old but I don't think its going to hurt her. any 13 year old with an internet connection has seen worse things sometimes unintentionally but usually just because kids that age are curious and they are discovering their sexuality and sexual feelings and porn is so commonplace on the internet. But as for the cellphone its probably a good idea that she has one if she ever finds herself in an uncomfortable situation with a boy (or girl?) it would be a good thing for her to be able to call her mother to pick her up. But yeah shes a teenager now this is going to be the new normal from here on out.
