i know its so confusing but warm water is best cause hot exacerbates oily and dry problems in hair. also if oily hair is the issue you can sprinkle talc or cornflour thru it (not when its wet tho) and then brush it out , that absorbs oil
Just had a thought too... you need to change your shampoo every so often, as there will be a build up of your shampoo and conditioner on your hair. A different shampoo will strip the old residue off. Then after a few months you can go back to the old one again. Best to rotate them every so often and maybe don't condition after every single wash.
Yes it is too often it you want the oil production to decrease. The more you wash it, the more oil you produce. I've always been exactly the same. It's only annoying if you find it an inconvenience but seriously (depending on your hair colour) you should try the talc. Or the dry shampoo.
My hair is short and I have it bleached blonde which has helped it dry up a lot, but even now I'd be lucky to be able to go 2 days without washing it.
I'd say it's just hormones if you're young and you should grow out of it. Just for the meantime don't make it worse through constant washing.
Is it normal for my hair to Always be like oily?

I think she means that hot water is supposed to evaporate faster with a hair drier. You're washing it too often.
