It is skanky. And the fact that she suggested it is pretty fucked up. If I were you I would drop her ass because if you tell her no (which is the smart thing to do) she will do it anyways only behind your back.
If she really loved you she 1. Would have never cheated on you and, 2. Would never have wanted an open relationship.
