I was pretty much in the same relationship as you are only it was for 9 months and she just wanted a break. I found out tho that she liked another guy and tried to blame it on me but a month down the road she was dating another guy. I think if she walks away that easy with no solid reason she doesnt love you. Im sorry to say but thats just how some girls are. Its better to move one cause if it was meant to be it will work out in the future.
