    She may think it's harmless fun, and she could be thinking nothing more that that I think it's strange seeing as how high school kids are 14-18. Some haven't even hit puberty yet

      I'd be surprised if anyone hasn't hit puberty by 14. Those ages are not kids - they're teens. Teens have urges. Presumably, you were once a teen yourself, and should know this.
