I used to be the same!! Trust me, there is no insecurity crap or low self esteem or anything like that. I always had really nice breasts and I had no problem with them at all nor my boyfriends. BUT I hated hated hated the sensation of someone touching them. Hard to explain, it just wasn't a pleasant feeling physically.I also hated how guys always tried to play with my bellybutton or stick their finger in it. Now that used to piss me off ha ha. I'm 31 now and married and I think I sort of got used to the breast touching in time, and it doesn't bother me that much but don't listen to anyone saying she is insecure.
That's odd. When i was younger my gf and I strictly dry humped/ heavy petted, and she could almost only get off if I was stimulating her breasts. Maybe you are doing it wrong (which i'm sure you are) or she is just young and immature, or some girls simply don't like it.
*edit* Just thought of something. You say she doesn't like it, what exactly do you mean? It just doesn't turn her on anything, or she doesn't like her boobs to be touched? Also, are you touching over or under bra? Because no girl likes any over the bra boob touching, you gotta get under that sucker.
