    I'm not exactly sure what you should call this girl, but girlfriend just doesn't seem like the right thing to me. She doesn't even sound like much of a friend.

      Really, move on, simply because she won't let the OP touch her boobs? That seems a bit haste don't you think? Some people don't like to go there that quickly, not everyone is on the same level sexually.

        She's teasing the crap out of the poor guy and I'd bet dollars to donuts she treats him like shit. At least that's my impression. Of course, they could be about 12, so it would be more normal for little kids to be experimenting.

          The fact that she lets him dry hump her tells me that she doesn't treat him like crap. It really could just be that she's not too comfortable having someone touch her boobs. I mean I wouldn't really call that teasing if she lets him do all these other things.

          Why would you think that she treats him like crap anyways? Is it really just because she wouldn't let him touch her boobs?

        Ok then; I don't believe it's normal.
        You can't make her preggers by touching her boobs, nor can you get STD's, so I can't see why it should be a problem.
        I often wrongly assume all who post here obey the rules and therefore they are adults. In an adult relationship, it would be very strange for a girl to act this way; therefor my comments. My mistake; not 12, 16.
