Well i moved to a new school a few years ago, i made friends but they always seem to talk over me when i try to speak and i always find im the one left out in group activities! And there's one in particular who rudely answers me when i ask a question. Please i really don't know what to do i need your help,

find some people who are actually interested in the things you are interested in. Have any hobbies or talents? music, acting, sports, chess... something that you can do away from the @ss holes you are currently hanging out with?
take a class outside of school. these people may seem cool, but really they seem like @ss holes to me.
i had this problem personally. u have 2 options:
1) make yourself noticeable and speak over them. sometimes its not that they're not your friends, rather that you need to make them see that you're not part of the scenery. or;
2) do what the couple of people above me have suggested and attempt to make new friends. although, this could backfire because not only is it grueling to make friends to begin with, but when you move to a new school, its even harder.

Make some new friends, even if they are younger or older than you and try to stick to a smaller group with the same things in common. My friend group is two younger girls (I'm a guy) 2 and 3 years younger an we all like the same kind of music and youtube people, good luck. :)
