My foreskin is so long and tight that when i pee it fills up with piss and when ive finished i have to squeeze it out. Does anyone else have this?

    If it's that tight then no it's a medical issue. Start pulling it back little by little until you can pull it all the way behind the head. It's gonna hurt and be sensitive but go little by little every day. You need to do this asap because it needs to be cleaned under there constantly or risk infection. If after 2 or 3 months you can't pull it all the way back you need to see a doctor. Keep clean.
