Is it normal for my feet to twitch?

The other night I was lying in bed watching tv when I looked down dand my feet were moving! I was'nt moving them they did it on there own. What's wrong with my feet!!

Is It Normal?

    My girlfriend gets all twitchy when she is falling asleep. It's cute. I only twitch whole watching tv, donno why she just pointed that out to me.

    i get twitches all the time, especially when you're relaxed.

    I get twitches when I'm uber relaxed or falling asleep. It's quite aggrivating actually.
