A house. $400.00 to $500.00 per room per month. Depending where you live and not including the hicks or trailer parks. I have been renting for years. Although living with your father may not be what a grown mam needs. You want to have the life of freedom and the right to choose and make your own way. Come and go as you please. Get a place with a room mate. My suggestion to you. Rent out a place and then run an ad. You will then know the meaning of responsibility. Credit Checks and Back Grounds are must! Or you will find out the hard way why people do them. You should have a checking and writing checks by now! Anywhere you rent/ lease/ buy. The paper trial is a must!
