    Hmm, now I see you're sensitive and I understand it must be hard. Certainly friends and family are good to provide a shoulder for this.
    But your doctor has told you a FACT.
    Weight (extra weight) on a person who wants to be a mom one day is NOT good. The main concern is fat is extremely unhealthy, it is the source of many illnesses and can be fatal.

    Hard facts - Lose the weight, not 20 pounds, all of it.
    You have been told. Twice now, it seems.

    • There are so many ways to lose weight! Not eating is obviously NOT an option. Diet is 80% of it; it's not just about working out and/or exercising. Stop eating junk foods entirely, eat less carbs, because you're not burning them off if you're gaining weight. Over time, you will lose weight naturally.
