Should take your dog to a vet, not normal.

Your dog is dealing with something that is bugging her, that is what dogs do when they have sores or feel itchy. Time for a visit to the vet.

It could be stress, flees, wanting attention. Talk to your vet before it gets worse

This actually happened to someone I know: she came home to find her dog dead from bleeding to death after chewing off the entire end of his leg. Blood everywhere. The signs were there and she had done nothing about it. Take your dog to the vet!!!

Buy some neem seed oil from a health store or online for $10. It kills fleas, ticks, fungus & summer itch. It sticks to animal fur. It keeps away mosquitos & flies. I've never seen an animal who can lick or bite when its on them. It tastes revolting & will likely kill whatever is causing the problem

It's a zombie and it's leg is where it's infection resides and he's tryin to bite it off so it doesn't spread
