If he's serious and you're not exaggerating on any level, then he may have slight dementia. My ex's mother is that way. was with her a bit, according to her stories, her younger brother and her sis now who's 8 and I'm thinking of calling child welfare on because she's actually pretty bad now and I have a son with my ex. I don't want my child around her and have basically adopted her KIK sis as mine

That could be it. Especially if elderly people are more prone to it..i mean my dad is 62
