Is it normal for my brother's pet dog to poop blood

If not does it mean he has dysentry? Is he going to die? I really hope not because he is a sweetheart and i really like him, any advice to treat this?

    Sounds an awful lot like Parvo. Is it a young dog? Younger than a few years? Does the dog have a loss of appetite? Is it dehydrated? Does its discharge has a particularly foul odour?
    Parvovirus is hell. I hope it's not the case. Best case scenario is that the dog ate a sharp bone that punctured an intestine a small amount
