I can't enjoy giving without recieving, because I find giving without recieving to be insulting, and degrading. It's about respect! If there is no respect I have no desire. A lack of reciprocation is something I find deeply disrespectful, and an absolute turn off.
Maybe this will help you understand, I enjoy talking on the telephone with people a like, but if the phone rings, and it's someone I don't care for I'm not going to enjoy talking to them on the phone, in fact I probably won't even bother to answer the phone.
Physical intimacy, affection, and romance are entirely conditional to me. If I love someone, I will enjoy being intimate with that person, but I cannot love someone who expects to receive from me without giving. I only enjoy intimacy with an equal partner. There are plenty of people who enjoy oral sex, this is true, but I cannot enjoy it if it isn't reciprocated. I am not a submissive, or docile person. I wouldn't want to date a person who wasn't interested in pleasing me, because I could NEVER love such a person.
Maybe you don't understand, or appreciate the idea of equality, or reciprocity? If someone doesn't care about my pleasure he's certainly not worthy of my time, energy, emotion, or physical intimacy.
