I'd break up with him and consider criminal charges because this isn't normal. This is abuse. BDSM is all about comfort for your partner and the safe word is to be treated as law. That's the difference between BDSM and abuse.
Update when you get a word. I'm sorry you got with that dick but you're still alive and you're probably not doing too bad, health wise, if you're catching it early. Consider a civil suit if this ends up costing you because you do not need to be in debt for his crime...
Thankfully its minor nerve damage. Should be re-healed in up to 3 months. No surgery needed (unless it becomes infected). Really all I can do is wait, and not walk on it as much as possible.
As for the (ex) bf, his ass is getting dumped as soon as I can tell it to his face. I don't really think any legal action is necessary quite yet :)

There's only one upside to this whole thing. I can now comfortable shove my whole foot up his ass...
