this is normal... he probably feels like your relationship is more special than just "girlfriend and boyfriend" and wants people to understand the seriousness of it in a simple way... like calling you his fiancee. He just loves you and wants everyone to know how much you mean to him!

Most people will joke around and call their significant other "the wife" or "the hubby" even if they're only in the boyfriend/girlfriend stage. It just means they're serious about the relationship and their partner, which is a good thing.

probably normal for him because that's what you two talked about and he is expecting it to happen.

by saying it, it is making is current (instead of future), and that's not what you two agreed on.

if he sees a future with you, then probably yes, it's normal. you should talk to him about it if it bothers you.
