Have you ever heard the expression "Why buy the cow, when you can get the milk for free"?
It seems to fit your situation perfectly. Stop being so easy. You need to at least PRETEND like its hard to get, even if it isn't all that hard for him to get it...
Or he may just want to stay single and keep his options open. Never know when someone "better" may come along...j/s...
