My bf who tells me skinny girls are 'gross' looking only has pictures and videos of really thin girls on his laptop, I'm overweight not huge, and even though he says he loves curvy bodies, he doesn't have a normal size girl on his computer.     Yes to both your title & last question. Often, a guy will admire pictures completely opposite of what he actually prefers...simply because it's different. It doesn't mean you don't turn him on, though understandable that you feel that way.
