Well I love my boyfriend but whenever I'm around him he always tries to put his hand on my breasts or at least touch them a little bit. At first I liked it but now it's starting to bother me. He always stares at them and even in the worst place to do that he doesn't care. I understand if were alone and he does that but it's seriously all the time. I tell him it makes me feel uncomfortable but he just says he can't help it. Is it normal for a boyfriend to do this?

    Besides... Methinks the two of you may be way too young for intimacy anyway.

    I would say that if all he seems to enjoy about you is playing with your breasts, then kick him to the curb and find a guy that will like all of you, from head to toe, and not just them things that fill out your bra on your chest. He seems to be after the benefit of your breasts, but may not be into the relationship for real. Tell him to keep his damn hands off when you tell him too.
