We just started dating for about 2 weeks now, he left his ex,who had cheated on him,for me. He Is telling me what to wear and what guys I should watch out for cause he thinks they would want to get with them. I like him way to much to cheat but he doesn't trust me. He doesn't even trust me hanging with my best guy friend who introduced us. is it normal for him to be acting like this already?

    Its probably not the right thing for him to do, but yeah that's totally normal. sorry. I was once possessive of a girl who i wasn't even going out with yet. It's just a guy thing.

    He shouldn't be acting this way. You deserve better. But I do feel for him because he is probably insecure of being cheated on. It's hard to trust anyone after something like that. I would talk to him.

    He was hurt in his last relationship and doesn't want to lose you, tell him he has nothing to worry about and to back off a little. It's okay to be a little jealous but this level of possessivness this early in the relationship should be stopped.

    As long as your happy and don't feel abusively trapped like you have mo freedom. Know when tge line has been crossed and talk to him about trust and having insurance that you will not cheat on him and to not worry.

    Sit him down, look him in the eye and say "Babe, you don't need to worry about me. Just relax."

    It's not normal but he did get cheated on recently so it's normal for him. He's probably looking for signs.

    Sometimes guys get possessive, but it's not like he enjoys worrying constantly. Get him to chill out a bit and you'll both be happy.
